Orders

Orders usually take between 8 to 10 days to print, stretch, frame, and hand embellish prior to leaving our facility in Los Angeles, California. You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Currently, we ship only in the contiguous United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping range, and expect to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories shortly.
If your tracking information is not updating or your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at support@colemanhill.com and we will track it down.
In the rare event that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send photos of the damaged piece and shipping carton to support@colemanhill.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you with an expedited replacement.
No. We include only a branded packing slip. No invoice or pricing information is sent with your order.

Artwork

Yes! Our Fine Art Prints are made to order and sold in Limited Edition runs of 500 (or fewer), with artist/founder signature(s), edition number, and date penned on the back of the artwork.

Once a Limited Edition run is complete, a Second Edition may be offered without artist/founder(s) signature, edition number, or date. These prints are labeled "Second Edition" on the product page.
All of our pieces come ready to hang with Wall Buddies for an easy hanging experience.

Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties

Our return policy is simple: Love your print or we'll take it back, no questions asked!

We are proud to offer free 90 Day Returns for exchanges and store credit. As well as no hassle 30 Day Returns for refunds, minus original and return shipping costs.

Please note that exchanges can be done for prints of the same size only. If you would like to change print size, please request store credit to place a new order. All items must be in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at support@colemanhill.com within 12 hours of the original purchase. We make every effort to ship your print as quickly as possible, and typically begin production within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We stand by our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our Fine Art Prints.

Should your print yellow, warp, tear, or otherwise deviate from perfect, we will assist you with a one-time expedited replacement, no matter how long it has been.
